About the Practitioner

Mildred Naycir, COTA-LMT-CLWT-BCTMB

 Mildred graduated from Rutgers University with an Associates in Science, major in Occupational Therapy Assistant in 2021 and from The Institute of Therapeutic Massage in 2007, and member of the ABMP Massage Association. She became Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, New Jersey State Licensed soon after. She is a Certified Lymphedema and Wound Therapist (CLWT), Certified in Manual Lymph Drainage and Complete Decongestive Therapist by Norton School Of Lymphatic Therapy, and  Wound Care and Sharp Debridement by ILWTI, also trained in Hot Stone Massage, Cancer Massage, Mastectomy and Geriatric Massage, Pre-natal Massage and Life Altering Illness and Chair Massage. Swedish Massage, and Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) are the modalities that she perform on the regular massage session.

She has been working on her own private practice since graduated and for business like Elements Massage, St Ives Salon and JoyLife.

Mildred’s mission is to support individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness. A firm believer in the inseparable connection between body/mind/spirit, and she strongly believes in massage as a viable modality for enhancing overall health and well-being.
